WOW, I Had No Idea
I received this product free for my honest opinions and I have to say I Honestly Love The Filtrete™ Smart Room Air Purifier FAP-ST02W, Large Room 310 Sq Ft!!!
I have allergies, lots and lots of them, and I've been using Air Cleaners in my home for decades. Some have worked well, some have not. But the Filtrete™ Smart Room Air Purifier FAP-ST02W, Large Room 310 Sq Ft is the best one I have ever used!
After following the initial setup and downloading the app to my phone, I turned the unit on. The control panel has 5 indicator lights. These cover power on/off, fan speeds, timer, filter life tracker and lighting function. There is also a number area that shows Air Quality Indicator. I was shocked when the Air Quality jumped to 185, or Very Poor! Within an hour, that number was down to below 60, or Fair, and was still dropping for another hour to 0, or Good.
I then set up the App, which is another great part of the Filtrete™ Smart Room Air Purifier FAP-ST02W, Large Room 310 Sq Ft. It not only tells you the Air Quality inside your home but outside as well. It allows you to connect the App to Alexa and Google Assist devices for even more control.
If you have allergies or just want better air in your home, don't pass up the Filtrete™ Smart Room Air Purifier FAP-ST02W, Large Room 310 Sq Ft. Give it a look over and you'll see it will work for you too! I already plan on getting more for other rooms in my home.

Effective, Smart, Sleek, and Easy to Use!
I received this product free for review from 3M. We have had the Smart Air Purifier for almost a month, and it has been incredibly useful and was very easy to setup. The unit fits easily into the corner of a room and the subtle light allows you to quickly glance and see the air status. It is fairly light weight and aesthetically pleasing. As a household with a pet, it keeps the air clean to help with my allergies as well as make sure everyone is safe. The iPhone app is great and allows me to connect from anywhere to see the status of the room which gives me peace of mind when I am working late hours. The app reports very detailed data on the contamination concentration and particle size, allowing you to get a real time understanding of the air quality over time (it’s so accurate you can tell when you used the toaster). In addition to all of this, the purifier hooks up incredibly easily to Google Assistant or Alexa so it is controllable from anywhere in the house with our voice. The unit does have an audible noise at the lowest fan speed, but after just a week we all got used to it and it fades into the background.

Notably Improved Air Quality & Great Design
3M gave me a free sample of this product to evaluate - The Filtrete™ Smart Room Air Purifier (Large Room 310 Sq Ft FAP-ST02W) works incredibly well. It is light weight and can easily be moved from room to room if desired. I like the sleek design of this purifier, the unit itself and the display; it is much less obtrusive and less industrial looking than my previous model yet is just as functional. I love the color indicator and the quality rating scale... it is interesting to see the number changes according to different activities in the household like opening the door to let the dog in or out. There is a noticeable difference in the air quality in my room with this purifier. I like that I can control it from an app on my phone also.

Great product
I am really impressed with this Air Purifier.
Out of the box it was easy to get going-remove the plastic wrap from the filter, plug in and it starts. The settings are easy to navigate-I keep ours set at a low fan. You can easily see on the machine what is happening-power/how high you have it set/light off or on. The best feature of this purifier is it tells you the print out level number for your air quality and a corresponding color. So, if the color showing is green your air is at a clean level. The colors change as necessary to indicate a problem.
There is an app you can download and this air purifier connects to wifi and connects to the app. The neat feature of this is you can turn it off or on from your phone and it alerts you if there is a change in air quality and you can adjust the settings as needed.
I have other air purifiers and am totally impressed with this one. Easy to use, set up and even move (it has side handles to help with carrying). Plus, the feature of telling you your air quality levels is so great!
I highly recommend this air purifier.

Easy to use
I like that there are multiple filters: two mesh filters that can be washed off and one HEPA filter to purify the air. My husband was disappointed the MAC address wasn’t listed on the box or the product so that we could add it to our secure wifi network. I liked being able to view the are quality indoors and turn on/off the air purifier using the app. I received this product for free to test & review.

This air purifier is amazing. It’s crazy what all the filter pulls out of the air you breathe everyday. I never knew I needed an air purifier until now. I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone!

I have been using this for a week now. We have eliminated a lot of pet dander and pet smell in our house. The web app that allows you to schedule air cleaning cycles is great!The unit is quiet and runs efficiently.

Full Function Air Purifier
I've been using the new Filtrete Smart Room Purifier for a couple of weeks and am very pleased with it's features and functionality.
The feature that I particularly like is the fully automatic function (it's 'smart features'); the unit senses (laser-based sensor) when it needs to run at higher speeds to clear the air and then returns to lower speeds as the air clears. The degree of 'pollutants' dictate which of the 4 speeds it choses.
Other handy features are a digital tracker for the true HEPA filter (percentage of filter life is remaining) and a phone app that connects via WIFI to control the console remotely and receives notifications of air quality changes. The unit can be set for auto to run continuously on low until pollutants are detected, or a timer that sets the run time to 2 to as much as 24 hours. I leave it on auto and let the unit decide when the air needs cleaning.
Things I looked for in a air purifier. 1) Noise. This runs very quiet a low speed, louder at high speed, but since it has an auto feature it returns to quieter speeds as the air clears. 2) Efficiency. This has a CADR (Clean Air Delivery Rate) rating of 200 which is very good and is energy star rated. 3) Filter cost. I can buy the replacement HEPA filter locally for less than $20 4) Filter life. Somewhere around 6 months.
My experience. The primary pollutants that I have experienced have been cooking related and it senses and clears the air quickly. I am also a home coffee roaster (a hobby) and it detects the residual smoke created by roasting and quickly kicks the unit on the highest setting and runs until the air is clear again.. Since this was received during the winter season I have not had an opportunity to test it on seasonal pollen.
