Frustrated
Can't find replacement filters to save my life....even your site which sell the purifier and filters doesn't have them...if I'm mistaking..or over looking them..I apologise... But it's diving me crazy...if I'm mistaking...I'll gladly change rating... But my poor airpurifier has been setting all year long on the off button... because can't find filter

Happy with my Air Purifier, except.....
Had to change the filter...happy with self, that I purchased one at the time I purchased the purifier. Removed the front panel, pulled the old filter out, opened the new box, filter looks totally different than the one I just removed, but ok, same size, etc.....no instructions. Pulled my booklet out, go to the page for changing air filter....you've got to be kidding. It actually really says Remove the used filter from the tray (done) and replace with new air filter-install the new filter in the same manner as the previous filter....Well that doesn't help at all!!!! I removed it and set it aside w/o noticing which way was up down, backward, forward!! UGH!!!

Filters? Loud!
We have bad allergies and our dog sleeps with us, the filter is very loud, good for ambient noise, but there are no filters for it anywhere!!! When we got our unit it was factory sealed but when we opened it, it was filthy and we had to immediately buy a filter.

Works well with Pets & Allergies
We have had this for a year. We got it at Lowes and a new replacements filter for about $25 if you bought 2. The new filter has a double HEPA and carbon that I look forward to using. I have terrible allergies in the midwest to pollen and grasses and this works great. I can sleep at night and not be miserable. We also have 2 Labs and 2 cats so this catches more than I would have thought. I tend to clean\dust the filter of hair to make it last longer.

Great for circulating the air too.
I received this system to test and was reluctant at first because I thought it was too small for most of my rooms. I decided to use it one night because the neighbor was smoking outside and it was wafting into my bedroom. Woo Hoo! The Filtrete helped to get rid of that acrid smoke smell. It also helped to circulate the air in the room, which made it seem refreshed. The room was a little bigger thank 110 sq.ft. but it worked at getting rid of the smoke scent, so go out and get one of your own.

So super quiet
We have the filtret filter for awhile now.
It really does an excellent job, we have 3 dogs, 2 cats and live in an extremely dusty environment. So it has been really challenged it did great
Plus it did it so super quiet! You do not even realize it is on!
